By making a purchase, subscribing, or accessing any paid content, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, which are legally binding.

2. Digital Downloads and Access Rights
2.1 Upon purchase, you are granted access to download the content to your personal, non-commercial devices. You may store and view purchased content for your own use only. You may not reupload, redistribute, alter, resell, or share content under any circumstances.
2.2 You are responsible for saving and storing the files you purchase. Reaccess to download links is not guaranteed once initial delivery is complete. The House of June is not liable for lost files or user-side technical issues.
2.3 No physical products are sold or shipped. All items are delivered digitally via direct download, streaming access, or gated content areas.
3. Subscriptions and Online Content
3.1 Subscriptions provide access to exclusive, time-sensitive, or curated content that may include diary entries, blog posts, archived videos, or members-only media.
3.2 All subscription content is subject to change or removal at any time. The Creator reserves the right to delete, modify, or archive content at her sole discretion. Subscribing does not guarantee indefinite access to any specific piece of content.
3.3 Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial-month or unused time periods. Canceling your subscription halts future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of past payments.
3.4 The Creator has full editorial and publishing control over what is made available, how long it remains published, and how subscription tiers are structured.
4. Disputes, Chargebacks, and Buyer Responsibility
4.1 By purchasing content from The House of June, you agree to resolve all concerns directly with the Creator prior to initiating disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider.
4.2 Any unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent claims made through PayPal, Stripe, or credit card institutions will result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and content access
- A formal dispute response with the full weight of this policy presented as legally binding
- Potential legal action to recover damages, fees, and loss of business
4.3 All payment information is handled securely by third-party processors. The Creator does not store or have access to your full financial information.
